Preemies need extra attention to fit—look for “preemie” specific sizing rather than newborn. The fabric should be exceptionally soft (interlock cotton or bamboo) with flat interior seams. Avoid any pressure on feet, as preemie skin is extremely delicate. You may need to fold footbeds up slightly until your baby grows into them.
